Nestled in the Birch Cliff Heights neighbourhood of Scarborough, this project marked our debut in the Canadian market. Acquired in 2011, the land was a significant milestone, representing our breakthrough in the industry. The residence showcases a modern design that seamlessly blends sleek aesthetics with contemporary elegance. It features stylish interiors, including a custom-paneled kitchen and open, modern living spaces. The exterior is highlighted by large cut stone tiles and white-trimmed windows, adding a sophisticated touch. This project exemplifies our commitment to innovative design and establishes a new benchmark for modern residential architecture in Canada.
