4.2 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Actual costs may vary due to changes in materials, labour rates, permits, or project scope.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Rates: Fees for Services are set out in the Service Agreement.
5.2 Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
5.3 Deposits: We may require a deposit before commencing Services. Deposits are non-refundable except as provided in the Service Agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Site Access: You must provide reasonable access to the project site, including utilities and permits.
6.2 Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining any third‑party approvals or permits not expressly handled by BASS HOMES.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: All Content on the Site and all designs, drawings, plans, and documentation created by BASS HOMES remain our property unless otherwise assigned in writing.
7.2 License: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Content solely for your personal, non‑commercial use related to the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability
